Update the event page when a speaker changes
A speaker drops out four days before the event. Dash updates the agenda page, the speaker bio and the session time on the live site through a pull request, and lists every other place the old name still appears rather than leaving them to be found later.

Opened a pull request against the event site. Three files changed.
- Agenda page · session title, speaker name and bio replaced
- Speakers page · card replaced, photo swapped, old bio removed
- Session detail page · slug kept, so any link already shared still resolves
Four more places the old name still appears, which the site change does not touch:
- The printed programme, already at the printer
- Two scheduled social posts naming the original speaker
- The attendee confirmation email template
- The venue signage order, submitted Monday
The two scheduled social posts are the urgent one. They go out tomorrow morning and would announce a speaker who is not coming.
Pull the social posts. Leave the programme, we will do an insert.
The scheduled posts are a write to the publishing tool, so it needs your approval. The request is drafted and waiting: two posts, unschedule only, no replacement drafted yet.
