- Customer count · last year counted every account with a login. This year the finance definition excludes trials. On the old definition the growth looks larger. Both numbers are on the slide.
- Cycle time · measured from first contact last year, from qualification this year. Not comparable, and I have not drawn a trend line across the two.
- Regional split · two regions were merged in March, so last year has four bars and this year has three.
The version that quietly reuses the old definitions would look better and be wrong.

Done. That slide now has both series with the definition written next to each, and a one line note saying which one finance uses for reporting. Nobody has to remember the caveat, it is on the slide.
