- Open maintenance requests, grouped by property, oldest first.
- Anything sitting in your approval queue, with how long it has been waiting.
- Vacancies past thirty days, with the days empty.
- Posted here in this channel.
Can it also carry close status, but only during the close window? I do not need it mid-month.
Added. From the first working day of the month until every property run is signed off, the brief will carry a close line: how many of the six are complete and which are behind their due date. Outside that window it drops out entirely rather than posting an empty section.

Two things. 7am is too early, most of us are not on until 8. And put the approvals at the top, that is the bit that actually blocks people.
