Look up every property a landlord owns

A leasing coordinator asks a plain question in the channel and gets the owner's whole portfolio back: every property, the units in each, who manages them day to day, and the two things about this owner worth knowing before the next call.

@Dash how many properties does Halvorsen own with us, and where are they?

Four properties, 41 units. All under one ownership entity in the CRM, managed out of two of our regions.

  • Camelback Terrace · 18 units · Phoenix · Marcus on site
  • Desert Ridge Villas · 12 units · Phoenix · Marcus on site
  • Ironwood Crossing · 8 units · Tucson · Derek on site
  • Mesa Gateway · 3 units · Phoenix · Marcus on site

Two things worth knowing before you call. Ironwood Crossing came on in March and is the only one of the four still inside its first year, so the management agreement renews before the others. And the owner contact in the CRM is still the previous asset manager, who left in June, which is why the last two statements went unanswered.

Wait, four? I thought Ironwood was a separate owner.

Separate at signing, same entity now. The Ironwood record was created under the individual name and merged into the ownership entity in March. Both records still exist in the CRM, which is why it reads as two owners in a list view and one owner here.

Worth cleaning up. I can draft the merge for you to approve, I will not touch the CRM on my own.

Do that, and fix the contact while you are in there.

Drafted both changes and put them in your direct messages: merge the duplicate owner record, and replace the departed contact with the one who has actually been on the last four email threads. Nothing is written until you approve it.
