Two things worth knowing before you call. Ironwood Crossing came on in March and is the only one of the four still inside its first year, so the management agreement renews before the others. And the owner contact in the CRM is still the previous asset manager, who left in June, which is why the last two statements went unanswered.

Wait, four? I thought Ironwood was a separate owner.
Separate at signing, same entity now. The Ironwood record was created under the individual name and merged into the ownership entity in March. Both records still exist in the CRM, which is why it reads as two owners in a list view and one owner here.
Worth cleaning up. I can draft the merge for you to approve, I will not touch the CRM on my own.
Do that, and fix the contact while you are in there.
Drafted both changes and put them in your direct messages: merge the duplicate owner record, and replace the departed contact with the one who has actually been on the last four email threads. Nothing is written until you approve it.
