Here's your prep for the Ridgeway Trial Checkpoint — Thu Jul 2, 10:00 AM CDT · 60 min · Zoom.

Objective: First exec-level touch of the trial. Show visible progress to ownership, get the three remaining testers past the setup friction, and leave the call with a named next milestone.

Who's on the call

  • Ridgeway: Sam Delgado (Owner/CEO), Chris Nolan (President), Pat Rivera (champion and primary trial driver), Cole (support lead — Aisha's new operational contact, recently added to the channel)
  • Your team: Aisha (SE lead — she owns the technical narrative), Miles (CRO), Dev (AE). Your role today is to backstop Aisha on any deep technical questions and stay quiet otherwise.
  • Commercial + residential roofing · hundreds of employees across 60+ field crews · high-value contracts on major stadiums and landmark buildings.

Trial status (week 3)

  • Two workflows are live and running in the trial org — the insurance-claim review and the job-site inspection flow. 4 of 7 testers have logged in and completed their first runs.
  • The remaining 3 testers are stuck on the SSO setup inside Teams — that's the main operational agenda today.
  • Pat has been asking for a proposal ahead of a leadership decision. This is the first time Sam and Chris are in the room — priority is removing platform doubt, not advancing the commercial conversation.
⚠️ Check before dialing in

There's a known SSO issue on the Teams auth path. A fix landed Tuesday and Monday's session passed, but it's not confirmed stable. Have Aisha log into Teams from the trial org this morning. If it holds, say nothing. If it fails, loop in engineering now — do not surface it in front of Sam and Chris.

What to show / what to hold

  • Show: the two workflows running today; the automation we built in their environment last week (show it live — not a slide); the crew-visibility dashboard. These are the three things that will make it real for ownership.
  • Hold: don't lead with replacing their inspection app until Miles signals it. Pricing goes to Miles and Dev. Chris's relationship to Pat is an after-close play.

Questions to get on record before leaving the call

  • Which specific workflows do you want running by the next checkpoint? (forces a milestone)
  • What does Sam need to see to say yes? (get exit criteria from ownership, on record)
  • The inspection app — run in parallel, or retire it once we cover the ground?
