- Mobile load time — ↓38% — lazy-load refactor on the dashboard view. Biggest perf win in two sprints.
- Bulk export endpoint — new
/v2/exportswith async job queue; unblocks 3 enterprise customers waiting on this. - SSO session hardening — fixes the token validation issue that caused last week's auth incident. Validated against all 4 affected customers.
- 11 additional bug fixes across billing, notifications, and the mobile app.
⚠️ Carrying to Sprint 43 (3 items)
- Auth refactor — part 2 (8 pts) — the session store migration. Unblocked now that the SSO hardening is done. Repoint to 5 before planning.
- Billing pagination fix (3 pts) — deprioritized mid-sprint for the auth work. Affects accounts with 500+ invoices.
- Dark mode — phase 1 (5 pts) — design handoff delayed by 2 days; dev work starts Monday.
🔴 One active blocker
The new subscription model requires a Stripe webhook change that needs review from the Stripe partner team. ETA from Stripe is Jul 9 — this blocks the billing subscription feature (Sprint 43, 13 pts). If it slips, the feature misses the Jul 18 release window.
